Returns/Exchanges: Returns/exchanges must be done within 14 days of receiving your online order. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it, with hang tags still attached. Absolutely no returns/exchanges on undergarments and gift cards. 

Refunds: Once your return is received (by mail or curb side), inspected and approved/rejected, I will send you an email notification. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days.

Late or missing refunds: If after 7 business days you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@cheztherese.ca

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be mailed to you.

Shipping: To return your product, please ship to: Chez Thérèse Clothing & Gifts, 30 Labrosse Street, PO Box 130, Moose Creek Ontario Canada K0C 1W0. You will be responsible to pay your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
